We take great pride in our coffee quality; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted beans, we can only offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise. If there is an issue with your coffee order, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt for assistance.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return within 14 days of delivery.

    Secure Packaging

    Ensure non-perishable items are unused, in their original packaging, and safely packed to prevent damage during transit.

    Ship Items Back

    Send your package to our London roastery using a tracked shipping service to ensure it reaches us safely.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once received and inspected, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
