How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?

We roast our coffee in small batches daily at our London roastery. To ensure peak flavor, we ship our beans within 24 to 48 hours of roasting in oxygen-barrier bags equipped with one-way valves.

What does it mean to be a carbon-negative coffee roaster?

Being carbon-negative means we remove more CO2 from the atmosphere than we emit. We achieve this through rigorous carbon auditing, using high-efficiency Loring Smart Roasters, and investing in certified reforestation projects.

Can I manage or pause my coffee subscription?

Yes, you have full control. By logging into your account, you can skip a delivery, change your coffee selection, adjust the frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship our specialty coffee worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.

Are your coffee pods compostable?

Yes, our coffee pods are 100% plastic-free and home-compostable. They are made from plant-based materials and are designed to break down in your home compost bin within 26 weeks.
