Spanning eight hectares, this farm comprises a diverse landscape, with one hectare dedicated to the cultivation of Ethiopian Heirlooms and Geisha, while another hectare is planted with traditional varieties like Borbón, Caturra, and Catimor. Simon began his venture in 2019, driven by the promise he observed in the region's terroir during numerous harvest seasons spent in Jaén.

This lot is a beautiful example of a classic Washed Gesha. Expect intense perfumed floral aroma with bright citrus acidity balanced by stone fruit sweetness. It is truly delicious.
