The cooperative is dedicated to improving the lives of its members and their communities through various programmes. They provide agronomic support and financing, and members can receive training in sensory evaluation and diversifying their income with other crops like avocados. La Prosperidad de Chirinos is also committed to social and environmental responsibility, with dedicated committees for women and youth to promote empowerment and leadership.
