Last year, we visited Jardines del Edén, a farm as beautiful as its name suggests. Nestled in the hills of Quindío, its volcanic soil, steady rainfall, and cool microclimate create the perfect conditions for extraordinary coffee. Led by Felipe Arcila, a fourth-generation grower pushing the boundaries of coffee processing, the farm is a hub of innovation.
This lot features Sidra, a rare variety with Ethiopian heirloom roots. A cross of Typica and Bourbon, it’s known for its wine-like acidity, layered sweetness, and delicate botanical notes—capturing the vibrancy of this pioneering farm in every sip.
